These terms apply to all purchases made on jaimesbakery.com, operated by Jaimes Artisan Bakery (“we”), based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, USA. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and to our confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is a pricing error; in that case you will receive a full refund.
2. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time; taxes and delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. We never store your full card details.
3. Our products
Every product is handmade, so color, shape and decoration may vary slightly from the photos on the site.
4. Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soy and cocoa. We cannot guarantee that any product is free of allergens or traces. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering; you are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for you.
