Refund & cancellation policy

Made fresh, just for youAll our products are handmade to order and are perishable. For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns.
Order cancellations
- More than 72 hours before the pickup or delivery date: full refund.
- Between 72 and 48 hours before: 50% refund, since the ingredients have already been purchased.
- Less than 48 hours before: no refund.
Custom cakes, catering and event orders may require a non-refundable deposit. The amount will be stated clearly before your order is confirmed.
If there is a problem with your order
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not meet our quality standards, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement, store credit or a full or partial refund.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
